We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthodontic Assistant and Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our orthodontists and dental specialists.
- Provide chairside assistance to orthodontists and therapists, ensuring the highest level of patient comfort and care.
- Manage the flow of clients through our practice, maintaining a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
- Schedule and diary manage for our doctors, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Co-ordinate outbound patient services, including appointment reminders and follow-up care.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Record keeping, treatment coordination and administrative work, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Consult with patients on their orthodontic treatment options, providing clear and concise advice.
- Record taking, including dental photography and intraoral scanning, to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Co-ordinate laboratory work and fabrication of basic appliances, ensuring seamless integration with our treatment plans.
- Manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities to grow our business and improve patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Chairside assisting experience, particularly in orthodontics, is highly desirable.
- Sales experience and enthusiasm to drive business growth and excellence.
- A vibrant and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and conduct, with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable tone.
- A mature mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Relevant qualifications, including a driver's license and reliable transportation.
