About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Forbes. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and fostering a love of learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with families and engage in collaborative practice to ensure a seamless transition between home and centre.
  • Contribute to the development and review of centre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to achieve optimal outcomes for children and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
