About the Role

As an EMR Integration Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a highly interoperable integration architecture that enables seamless data exchange between the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and third-party application systems.

  • Collaborate with health service integration teams to determine current integration methods and engine capabilities.
  • Develop an integration architecture that supports a highly interoperable environment.
  • Lead a team of integration analysts to develop and deploy the agreed integration architecture design.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale transformational program across multiple health services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years working in EMR environments in an Integration leadership role.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Strong HL7 experience and ability to configure interfaces.
  • Sound working knowledge with FHIR, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and secure messaging protocols.
  • Experience with data integration technologies.
  • Ability to lead workshops, define architectures, and document technical solutions.
  • Strong vendor management and experience working with partner organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with different experts in a fast-paced environment.
