Production Operator Job Description

The company produces a range of garden care products, including lawn fertilizers and pest control measures. The ideal candidate will support the production line, assist with dispatch duties, and receive raw materials according to established procedures.

Main tasks include:

  • Preparing raw materials for production purposes
  • Operating machinery as required by the production team
  • Picking and packing orders for dispatch
  • Performing manual packaging duties and general housekeeping

The successful applicant will have a Forklift licence, preferably factory or manufacturing experience, and be willing to obtain a Front End Loader licence in due course.

  • A valid Forklift licence
  • Good knowledge of production processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
