About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and charismatic professional to fill the role of Sydney Community Ambassador. As the primary point of contact for the community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk during business hours, greet members and guests, process sign-ins via our iPad system, and build strong relationships with members to anticipate their needs.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement programs that foster a sense of community among members, provide feedback on programming types, evaluate events, celebrate member successes, and identify opportunities to connect members.
  • Building Operations and Support: Receive and process mail, locate and issue packages, maintain a clean and organized mailroom, and provide support for our automated coffee machines.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities, and a passion for building relationships and driving growth. A college graduate degree, customer service or sales experience, and basic computer skills are also essential.
