Job Opportunity: Medical Gas Driver

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and vibrant person to join our team as a medical gas driver.

  • This role involves patient set-up and education, performing tasks as per facility manuals and policies.
  • You will organise the setup of patients with medical equipment as prescribed.
  • Provide instruction programs detailing safe use and daily maintenance of equipment and associated consumables.
  • Ensure patients and carers understand safety requirements and operating instructions by guiding them through documentation.
  • Inform patients and carers of additional products or services they may be interested in according to marketing programs and management instructions.
  • Maintain tanker stock levels to cover daily deliveries.
  • Deliver all orders on allocated daily runs.

Requirements:

  • A valid MR or HR licence is essential.
  • A valid DG Licence is also required.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is desirable.
  • Flexibility is key, with changing hours required.
