We're seeking charismatic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers.

Your key responsibilities will include adding a joyful touch to every home by decorating Christmas trees, hanging wreaths, or setting festive tables.

You'll also be immersed in our enchanting Christmas displays and inspired by beautiful décor.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to assist wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, love homewares and all things Christmas, possess high energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks will include providing engaging and efficient point-of-sale service, assisting with operational tasks like unpacking, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising to keep stores attractive.

Candidates with extensive availability during peak times, including evenings and weekends, will be preferred.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Able to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
