Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and select suitable investigational sites for clinical studies
  • Monitor sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to less-experienced colleagues
  • Recognize and exemplify ICON's values and commitment to excellence
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and streamline processes to add value to our business
  • Travel extensively (at least 60% of the time) to conduct site visits and monitor studies
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of study data and ensure timely submission of protocol documents
  • Recruit investigators and coordinate all necessary activities to set up and monitor studies
  • Maintain all files and documentation related to studies and ensure the satisfactory closeout of investigator sites
  • Participate in feasibility studies and ensure correct archiving of files on completion of a study
  • Maintain patient and sponsor confidentiality and assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
