The Ground Handling Operator will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft and equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating ground handling activities and providing exceptional customer service to airline crews.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safe airside driving and basic vehicle checks.
  • Loading and unloading trucks with airline equipment such as carts and ovens.
  • Guiding and positioning trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Coordinating with cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handovers.
  • Performing administrative tasks, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum MR truck license (HR driver's license preferred).
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Ability to work shift work across a 7-day roster.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
