We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to deliver tailored software solutions for customers.
This multi-dimensional role works closely with a dedicated development team and Product Owners to transform client requests into smart outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document customer needs using techniques like user journey mapping, process diagrams, and prototyping.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure requests align with product vision.
- Break down needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead prioritisation and elaboration sessions with customers.
- Validate solutions with customers throughout the development process.
- Report on estimates, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support acceptance testing.
- Train internal stakeholders and produce release notes.
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment.
- Proven success delivering SaaS products.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Essential Requirements:
- Full work rights in Australia.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
- Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check.
