Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team. As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing mechanical problems, performing repairs, and conducting regular maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical problems through inspections and diagnostic tests
  • Perform repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
  • Conduct regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Install new parts and components as needed
  • Perform road tests to assess the performance of vehicles after repairs or maintenance
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, services performed, and parts used
  • Explain vehicle issues and repair options to customers, providing estimates and advising on maintenance schedules

Requirements

  • Desirable: 2+ years' experience as a motor mechanic
  • Desirable: Customer service experience
  • Desirable: Current Australian driver's licence

What We Offer

Annual Salary Package: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
