Key Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Operating the store efficiently to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining high store presentation standards.
  • Motivating and leading your team to achieve optimal results in sales, KPIs, and added value targets.
  • Monitoring and managing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Efficiently managing wage costs, adhering to company rostering standards and ensuring compliance with state and national OH&S legislation.
  • Cultivating high team morale by providing training and succession plans, promoting individual development and career growth.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager (2+ years).
  • A motivated and driven attitude, with a 'Make it Happen' mindset.
  • A proven track record of driving sales, meeting KPIs, and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
