We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Architecture Specialist to contribute to the design and delivery of two major transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders and technical teams to develop solution approaches that align with future-state business needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing IT infrastructure, program design standards, and work packages.
  • Partner with senior executives and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise architecture is aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology adoption or integration.
  • Apply IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to guide delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise architecture in complex ICT environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project delivery and ability to support IT change in an Agile setting.
  • Experience working with Program Managers, Product Owners, and SMEs to balance competing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and structures.
  • Strong background in defining and delivering solutions that align with organisational and environmental constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience producing innovative enterprise architecture for both current and future state.

Please note that this role requires an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
