Financial Services Operations Professional

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position for an Analyst in Securitisation & Agency Operations.
The successful candidate will assist the AVP Manager and AVP Supervisor to process and manage workflow and completion of all Agency transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively assist with processing and managing Agency transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees and fee invoicing & collections.
- Establish new Agency clients in accordance with signed agreements.
- Prepare and monitor reports and suspense/interest accrual accounts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members and managers to enhance processes and reduce risk.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related Operations role within banking and financial services.
- LIQ system experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail and accuracy.
- A Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred. Training and guidance will be provided.
