About the Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in delivering innovative engineering solutions that champion architectural intent and sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed designs and specifications for structures.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and practical.
  • Oversee construction processes to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet project requirements and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues.
  • Coordinate junior engineers and structural modellers, providing guidance and support as needed.


Requirements
  • A recognized Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Professional Engineer (Vic) registration.
  • Circa 7+ years of experience as a structural engineer in a consulting environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and standards.
  • Extensive experience in the design and analysis of steel, precast concrete, reinforced concrete, and post-tensioned concrete.
  • Strong site experience and exposure managing construction issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience liaising with a variety of project stakeholders.
