Mandurah Support Services Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to assist clients with personal care, medication, and community access in Mandurah.
This role plays a vital part in enhancing the well-being of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including showering and bowel care.
- Administer medications as required.
- Accompany clients on outings for social activities, grocery shopping, and appointments.
- Offer support to clients with complex and/or challenging needs.
- Monitor client progress and document outcomes.
- PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING SESSIONS TO DEVELOP NEW SKILLS.
- A Certificate III, IV or similar qualification in aged care or community services.
- Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviors.
- Working rights within Australia.
- Evidence of flu vaccination.
- NDIS check clearance (willing to obtain).
- A current WWCH certificate.
- An Australian driving license and car insurance.
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination.
