About This OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers by providing them with personalized care and support.
As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that enable our customers to live independently at home for longer. Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting with domestic duties, meal preparation, shopping, social support, personal care, and transportation to appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personalized care and support to customers with complex needs, including dementia;
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management;
- Preparing healthy meals and assisting with grocery shopping;
- Providing emotional support and companionship to customers;
- Transporting customers to appointments and social events;

- A competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle;
- A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience in the aged care sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our customers;
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varying shifts and respond to changing circumstances;
