Occupational Therapist Role

This opportunity is for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and psychological needs for return to work.
  • They will build relationships with health professionals, insurers, stakeholders, and employers to support injury recovery and return to work/life.

A key aspect of the role is supporting and promoting recovery through evidence-based complex rehab plans.

Management roles require experience leading multidisciplinary teams within occupational rehab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and psychological needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurers, and employers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration.
  • Passion for complex rehab plans.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Screening Check.
