Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate deal execution, portfolio management, and harvesting activities
  • Coordinate new investment structuring and manage review of business opportunities
  • Work closely with fund management teams to facilitate capital calls, cash distributions, investor and regulatory reporting on fund performance
  • Represent the firm and liaise with internal groups and external advisors to resolve legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational issues
  • Manage ad-hoc requests from senior management, including data management, reporting, and presentations
Requirements:
  • More than 6 years of experience in private equity or principal investments
  • Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge on multiple asset classes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across internal and external teams
  • Self-starter with strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
