BDO Risk Advisory Services (RAS) offers expert advice on risk management, technology risk, cyber security, transformation risk, contract assurance, and internal audits. Our teams across Australia provide services to businesses and organisations in the private and public sectors.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our RAS team in Melbourne, working across all service offerings and sectors under the guidance of Partners with extensive industry experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage or deliver projects according to BDO methodologies and procedures, including report writing and client communication
  • Collaborate with various BDO teams to provide valuable advice and recommendations to clients
  • Lead business development activities, engaging with clients and tracking engagement opportunities
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and the broader industry

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong drive for growth and leadership opportunities
  • High-level experience in similar roles within the professional services industry
  • Natural business development skills and evidence of existing networks
  • Strong knowledge of business and IT-related risks, including process mapping and risk/control identification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team development
