Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Ipswich Early Education Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development.
  • Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
  • Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.
