Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of junior lawyers and collaborate with senior paralegals to deliver exceptional results in family law cases
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior lawyers to ensure their success and growth within the firm
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law to ensure expertise and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in family law, preferably from a private practice background
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to meet billable targets and deliver high-quality results
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
