Enterprise Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Construction Skills Mentor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction projects while mentoring and training a group of young trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of construction projects
• Manage, mentor and train a group of young trainees
• Lead by example and foster a sense of independence and wellbeing
• Ensure contract specifications and scheduling requirements are being met
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Promote a positive Workplace Health and Safety culture and ensure active compliance

Requirements

• Recognised industry/trade qualification
• At least 5 years experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of WHS requirements
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with our trainees and customers
• Current white card and first aid certificate or ability to obtain
