About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Asset Movement Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating transport and logistics, supporting maintenance operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fleet registrations, asset movements, and compliance across multiple locations. A strong understanding of fleet management and compliance regulations is essential.

  • Manage fleet registration: oversee registrations, acquisitions, disposals, infringement notices, and vehicle compliance across multiple states.
  • Coordinate transport & logistics: arrange asset movements between Bis sites, customers, and suppliers.
  • Support maintenance operations: reset lifecycle schedules, update asset documentation, and manage statutory purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure fleet compliance by maintaining accurate records and managing documentation.
  2. Streamline logistics operations by identifying process improvements and implementing efficiency gains.
  3. Support maintenance teams by providing essential administrative support and coordination services.
