Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Defence division, you will play a critical role in maintaining alignment with overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of hydraulic systems and processes.
- Develop and implement effective Water Quality Management (WQM) and Waste Water Management (WWM) plans.
- Ensure compliance with Waste Water Operating Authority requirements.
- Manage bore water systems, including maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports and documents as required for regulatory compliance and project management.
As a Hydraulic Engineer, you will work closely with the engineering team to provide technical support and guidance.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications in Water Quality Management (WQM) and Waste Water Management (WWM).
- Ideal experience includes 5 years' experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably within the defence sector or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing bore water systems and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement abilities and complex project management experience.
You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
