Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Specialist to join our Sourcing & Procurement team. The ideal candidate will support strategic sourcing across various categories to procure the best value goods and services aligned with JLL's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing, category management, and supply management strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage and execute contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery.
  • Identify market trends to enhance procurement decisions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage key contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Report on procurement activities, progress, and results.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Qualifications and professional memberships, such as Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent are considered an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation.
  • Prior experience in IFM and facility management services procurement will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial modeling and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
