Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic occupational therapist to join our team as part of our mid-year graduate program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive environment, working with people with disabilities.

About the Program

Our 12-month graduate program is designed to accelerate your learning in a supportive setting:

  • Professional Development: An immersive 12-week onboarding process followed by monthly workshops and growth sessions.
  • Team Support: Weekly supervision, mentorship, group supervision, and training to foster your development.
  • NDIS Support: Assistance to build your knowledge and skills in NDIS-related tasks.
  • Flexibility: Work from home, cafes, clinical hubs, or team spaces—your choice.
  • Career Opportunities: Pathways to leadership or specialization within our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to clients with varying levels of ability and need.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Developing and implementing individualized action plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
Requirements

  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
