Unique Office Administration Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities include:

  • Diary Management: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and tasks.
  • ASIC Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaison with Government Officials: Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and make bookings for meetings and events.
  • Client Meetings and Bookings: Coordinate client meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Expense Management: Execute expenses, timesheets, and invoices efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an office administration role is required.
  • Familiarity with Software: Familiarity with MYOB and Now Infinity is essential.
  • Bookkeeping Experience: Some experience in bookkeeping would be beneficial.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization, timekeeping, and prioritization skills are necessary.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work Environment:
