We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at KU Kogarah. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our cultural program, which promotes cultural competence and inclusion
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III
  • Completed training in Child Protection
  • A sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • A working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
