**Residential Aged Care Facility Assistant**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our Warwick Residential Aged Care facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, serving meals, and maintaining the laundry duties.
They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility's residential areas.
A positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment are essential traits for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with meal preparation and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Serving meals and setting up dining rooms
- Maintaining laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linen and resident clothing
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility's residential areas
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in a similar role and a Certificate II in Cookery or similar is desirable.
Additionally, a National Police Certificate and a willingness to obtain it are required.
