Cairns City, Queensland, Australia HealthcareLink Full time

The healthcare sector in Australia is known for its high standard of medical care. In a region like Cairns, where modern facilities and technology are available, the demand for skilled professionals like general practitioners (GPs) is high.

HealthcareLink, a well-established centre, offers a unique opportunity for experienced GPs to work in a dynamic environment. With a strong focus on chronic health management, women's and children's services, indigenous health, and a wide range of general practice treatments, this role presents a challenge and reward for those passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team of three GPs, working in functional consulting facilities with fully-equipped treatment rooms. This position also involves dealing with workplace injuries and return-to-work programs, utilising the GP's expertise in Work, Health and Safety matters.

To succeed in this role, applicants must have vocational registration (FRACGP, FACRRM, or FRNZCGP), full Australian work rights, and at least some experience in Australian general practice. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for providing high-quality care to patients. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments are highly valued.

As a member of the team at HealthcareLink, you can expect competitive compensation, commensurate with your experience. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $200,000 AUD, taking into account the regional location and industry standards. If you're a dedicated professional seeking a challenging yet rewarding role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
