Technical Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned software engineering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead our development teams and play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap.

We are seeking a technical expert who can drive quality solutions and oversee the growth of our engineering organization. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor and lead software engineers to achieve quality technical and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and mentor software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical discussions and architecture decisions
  • Design and consult with peer Engineering Managers and Architecture teams on technical deliveries
  • Drive great engineering principles and practices, security, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee incident management and after-hours support for your areas

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3+ years' experience managing software engineers with a coaching style and ability to develop and inspire teams
  • Strong background in Java, event-driven architectures, and API-based microservices
  • Experience working in containerized environments like Kubernetes and front-end development frameworks
  • Agile methodologies skills to give teams structure to deliver results
  • Exceptional ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders
