As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks across our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in compliance management and contribute to promoting a culture of compliance within our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and tools to facilitate effective compliance and obligation management.
  • Review operational business processes to identify potential compliance risks or inefficiencies in controls and suggest suitable process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on compliance risks, including actions taken where material control deficiencies or breakdowns have been identified.
  • Effectively assess, classify, and manage reported incidents and breaches.
  • Regularly monitor and report on amendments to regulatory and compliance obligations, and any emerging issues and trends.
  • Ensure all applicable obligations are integrated into the business to meet all regulatory, legislative, and business requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of compliance management standards, frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, and industry codes.
  • Familiarity with compliance management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving compliance management frameworks.
