Xero is a cloud-based accounting software company that aims to help small businesses streamline their operations. As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing Xero Accounting & Bookkeeping Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic territory management through categorization and prioritization of all new and existing Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners
- Identify sales opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline
- Prioritize and manage your day to optimize calling time to meet monthly sales and call targets
- Develop business plans to produce larger or longer-term deals and work with the Partner to implement them and manage on an ongoing basis
- Raise awareness and drive attendance at Xero sales events
- Increase penetration within the existing Partner base
- Maintain knowledge of Xero features and functionality via Xero training and update webinars
- Meet activity targets and increase and maintain the percentage of certified partners
- DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN INBOUND PHONE AND EMAIL SALES WITH PROVEN SALES PERFORMANCE
- AN INTEREST IN THE EMERGING ONLINE ACCOUNTING MARKET
- A QUICK AND STRONG RAPPORT WITH PARTNERS OVER THE PHONE
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND FOLLOW-UP
- A PROCESS-DRIVEN MINDSET AND OWNERSHIP
- A GO-GETTER MENTALITY WITH LOADS OF INITIATIVE AND SELF-MOTIVATION
- ACCOUNTING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORKINGS OF AN ACCOUNTING PRACTICE
- EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGING LONG TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
