We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to lead our team in developing innovative software solutions.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C/C++ programming, real-time data processing, and device control.

You will work closely with hardware engineers, UX designers, and clinical experts to integrate software seamlessly into our platform and hospital environments.

Key responsibilities include leading code reviews, providing mentorship to internal and external developers, and upholding coding and security standards across the software team.

Additional responsibilities include compiling comprehensive documentation of product and system requirements, ensuring full traceability and DHF evidence for regulatory submissions.

Skills required for this role include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), version control systems (e.g., Git), and system testing is also necessary.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, and working rights in Australia.
