About the Role

Catholic Schools Broken Bay is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Casual Support Staff. As a Casual Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of service to students and our Catholic school communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide critical in-class support to dedicated classroom teachers and directly engage with and assist students to help them reach their full potential.
  • Support the development of a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes the well-being of all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to achieve our Vision of Authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion.

Requirements

  • Committed to supporting our Catholic ethos and values.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Show a genuine care for students and a strong commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check.
