The Opportunity

  • Establish strong relationships with top-tier clients as the primary point of contact
  • Prepare comprehensive planning applications for diverse projects, liaising with local councils and authorities as needed
  • Manage project health, mitigate potential issues, and ensure timely completion
  • Contribute to growing and maintaining client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver practical and effective solutions
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues across geographies

About You

  • You are a qualified and experienced town planner known for your dependability, responsiveness, and ability to deliver on commitments
  • You possess extensive experience in the local market, working on diverse projects, geographies, and stakeholder groups
  • You have a strong understanding of town planning fundamentals, both strategic and statutory
  • You can negotiate and mediate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • You excel at communicating with clients and contractors to drive successful project outcomes in complex environments
