Customer Service and Sales Assistant Job

We are looking for a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to achieve business goals
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
