About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about shaping young minds and empowering children to lead their learning. As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for inspiring children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document and celebrate children's developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Requirements:
- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.
