The OpportunityWe are seeking a Customer Service Centre Consultant to join our Government & Defence team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting ADF members and corporate clients with their relocation enquiries and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that focuses on the individual and delivers first-class advice, assistance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
- Assist ADF members with their applications.
- Conduct questionnaires with ADF members on service given and assistance provided.
- Data entry and general administration duties.
- Liaise with third parties where relevant in relation to relocation services.
- Desirable – A minimum of 1 year previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced Contact Centre.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service position.
- Excellent keyboard skills and ability to navigate computer systems (Microsoft suite).
- Ability to quickly acquire the knowledge and processes applicable to the relocations industry, in particular ADF benefits and entitlement.
- A commitment and passion to provide first-class service to the customer and put their needs first.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
