Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at a client site. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing general clerical office support, including copy, fax, hospitality, mail, and intake functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Assist with mail and package delivery, including sorting, labeling, and tracking
  • Provide hospitality services, including greeting clients, answering phones, and responding to emails
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office and printers.
