We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to join our team at St Gabriel's School. As a Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal and leadership team in driving school improvement and enhancing the educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Principal and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for school improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their practice and improve student outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a child-safe environment.
  • Work closely with the Principal to enact the strategic directions of the school and implement the school vision and strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school.
  • Proven leadership experience and a passion for education.
