Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

The role of an electrical supervisor is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of electrical trades and labor on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise electrical crews to guarantee safe and efficient delivery of works in line with project specifications and timelines.
  • Interpret and execute electrical plans, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, site protocols, and relevant legislation.
  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve milestones and ensure project success.
  • Mentor apprentices and junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Accurately document progress, materials, safety checks, and quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a leading hand or senior electrician in large-scale infrastructure or substation projects.
  • Nationally recognized Electrical License (or equivalent) with demonstrated competence in electrical work practices.
  • Hold a valid White Card and relevant high-risk work licenses, such as EWP or Working at Heights.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards, including WHS regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
