Job Summary:

KinCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our customers in their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, personal care, and social support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer social support and companionship, engaging our customers in activities and conversations to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Transport our customers to appointments and social events, promoting their independence and mobility.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and mobility issues.

Requirements:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
