About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kajabi Specialist to join our team at Remote Staff. As a Kajabi Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the setup and utilization of our Kajabi site, collaborating with our team to identify business needs and goals, and creating tasks and strategies for our virtual assistant team to execute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Kajabi site setup and platform utilization to ensure seamless execution of business goals.
• Collaborate with our team to identify business needs and goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Create tasks and tactical plans for our virtual assistant team to execute, ensuring that Kajabi is utilized to its fullest potential.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the project, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Experience with Kajabi site setup and utilization of all Kajabi features, including communities.
• Strong writing skills to translate concepts into technical tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to double-check agency work to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with our team.
• Familiarity with virtual assistant teams and their capabilities.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Kajabi for businesses for 3+ years.
• Desirable skills: Canva, social media handling, LinkedIn specifically, or Mighty networks and knowledge of Thrivecart and Active Campaign.
