We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our out-of-school hours care (OSHC) service in Hornsby South.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program, providing exceptional experiences for children and supporting the development of their team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with at least two years' experience in a leadership position. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery, and fostering healthy relationships with children, parents, and the community.

The role involves developing and facilitating engaging child-centered programs, leading a team of educators, and managing the service's operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be committed to providing high-quality care and education to children.
