We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor or Provisional Psychologist to join our team in Young, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will work with injured workers to identify and address critical risk factors that may impact their ability to return to work.
- Return to Work Case Management: You will work with injured workers to develop and implement return to work plans.
- Holistic Support: You will provide comprehensive support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance.
- Collaboration and Liaison: You will work closely with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless care.
- AHPRA Registration: You must be registered as a Provisional Psychologist (4+2 or 5+1 Pathway).
- Relevant Qualifications: You must hold relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualifications.
- Current Drivers' Licence: You must hold a current drivers' licence and have access to your own transport.
