About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to lead our team in Mount Barker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
  • Create daily plans and organisation of your service's activities
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play

About You

We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, who can form positive relationships with children, families, and the school community. You will need to have completed or be studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid Working with Children Check. You will also need to have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
