Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Security Operations Centre Controller.

This role involves monitoring and assessing emergency and security communications across various sites in real-time, receiving and triaging incoming calls related to incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with site-based security teams to ensure timely and effective responses.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in security or dispatch environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining accuracy.

About You

You will be responsible for:
