This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transition Lead and contribute to the success of our Scheduling and Employment project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing and implementing transition plans to ensure successful project delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement coaching through change, ensuring that our team achieves its goals and objectives. You will also champion project delivery practices that lead to the production of high-quality solutions.
